For brokers with an email opt-out, re:putation sends your GDPR/CCPA request automatically once you give explicit consent, and keeps the sent message as evidence. For brokers that require a web form or CAPTCHA, we generate the request and give you a one-click checklist to submit it yourself. We never claim a removal we cannot evidence.
Yes. Under laws like the EU GDPR (Article 17) and California's CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data and to opt out of its sale. re:putation exercises those rights on data you own, against brokers' officially filed privacy contacts.
re:putation only processes the identifiers you provide, uses them solely to generate and send your opt-out requests, and keeps verified and non-verified findings clearly separated. It does not sell your data. Data is processed in Europe.
Yes. re:putation can run a Have I Been Pwned lookup on your email to flag known breaches and leaked passwords, so you can rotate affected credentials. If the breach service is unavailable it says so, rather than guessing.
